SA WISE hosted a screening of the documentary, Girl Rising, on the 22nd of October at the Exercise Science and Sports Medicine Dept (Sports Science Institute of SA bldg, Newlands). Girl Rising is a ground-breaking film, narrated by Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway & Selena Gomez, amongst others, that tells the stories of nine incredible girls across the globe. More information...
